FRENCH APPLE LATTE

In a 16 oz cup add the following:
2 shots espresso
2 shots Torani Apple Flavored Syrup
1 shot Torani Cinnamon Flavored Syrup
2 shots White Silk Chocolate Syrup
Fill to 1/4 inch below brim with steaming milk, Add froth, Sprinkle with Nutmeg!

Crust:
1/4 cup margarine
2 TBS sugar
1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
Filling:
4 8 oz. bars cream cheese
1 1/3 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 TSP vanilla
Topping:
1 pint sour cream
1 TSP vanilla
3 TBS sugar
Soften cream cheese. Mix sugar into cream cheese. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla. Mix all ingredients for crust. Fill cupcake tins with crust […]

Canadian Coffee

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Maple syrup; pure
1/2 cup Rye whiskey
3 cup  Coffee; hot, black, double strength
Topping:
3/4 cup Whipping cream
4 Tsp.  Maple syrup; pure
Directions:
Topping: Whip cream with maple syrup just up until soft mounds; set aside.
Divide maple syrup and whiskey among 4 warmed heatproof glassmugs or goblets.
Pour in coffee to 1 inch of top
Spoon topping over coffee.
 
 

Chocolate Coffee

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. Instant coffee
1/4 cup Sugar
1 dash Salt
1 oz Squares unsweetened chocolate
1 cup Water
3 cup Milk
Whipped cream
Directions:
In saucepan combine coffee, sugar, salt, chocolate, and water; stir over low heat until chocolate has melted. 
Simmer 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until heated.
When piping hot, remove from heat and beat with rotary beater until mixture is frothy.
